Each one of us has all kinds of expenses each and every day. Some of these expenses are expected and are planned for ahead of time and others are unexpected and sometimes take us off guard. Our future (and many times other people’s too) will be molded by how we handle these daily expenses. Do we spend wisely or do we spend foolishly?

The interesting thing is that you were probably thinking about monetary expenses in the previous paragraph. However….. I wasn’t talking about money in the last paragraph………… I was talking about TIME.

Each of us has 24 hours in our wallet each day. We are going to spend it all one way or the other every single day. It is our choice.

How do you spend your time each day? Do you spend time watching mindless (or many times inappropriate) shows on television? Do you waste the day away browsing unproductive (or inappropriate) websites? Or, do you spend valuable time with your family? Do you spend time on building your business so you can one day be financially free? Do you spend time helping others? The choice is yours to make and your future (and many times other people’s as well) will be determined by these choices.

You are blessed with 24 hours each day with the choice on how to spend every second. Make the most of this blessing. Take positive action and follow the proper path. Deep down, you know the path you should choose. It is not always an easy decision. The proper path that you SHOULD follow will almost always be more difficult. But the rewards will be far greater and well worth the “pain”.

Maybe you have chosen the easy path in the past. Those choices are the very reason you are where you are today in your life. If you keep choosing that path, you will keep ending up right where you are today. The great thing about it is that no matter what you have done before, you can change your attitude and start making the right choices. You can start following the right path now. What has past is past. Take action now and change your future. The choice is yours.

10 years from now, you will look back at the decision you are making this very second about your future and you will either be glad of the decision you made or regret that you didn’t make the right decision. The choice is yours…..

Choose how to spend your time wisely. You won’t get it back. Once it is gone, it is gone. For the better or the worse.
